Form Liners for Precast Panels
Precast Panel Detail Drawings as supplied. 
The project called for a set of three panel moulds each featured a textured wave pattern that repeated every 3 panels.
The top wave called for a textured pattern.
The middle wave had a smooth finish.
The lower section featured a corrigated surface.
Electronic 3D Models Created from the detail drawings including textures applied to required areas. In this instance the texture was created by scanning a sample of 20mm Aggregate and then scaling up by 50% and limiting the depth to a maximum of 15mm and then applying it to the area specified in the drawings. |  |
The Foam Pattern is then machined on the CNC Router in sections which are assembled to make the complete pattern.

The foam pattern after being treated with a release agent is then coated with the rubber moulding chemical. This image shows the silicone rubber mould being removed from the pattern. |  |
